Raymond United Methodist Church
Loving, serving and growing together in God's world.
The United Church of Raymond was established in the early 1900's, combining Presbyterian and Methodist worship communities. The Presbyterian connection was completed this June 2011, and the church continues in service to the community as Raymond United Methodist Church.
According to local legend the church's present brick building iwas built n Raymond in 1926. The church sits across the street from the Raymond Timberland Library and just down the street from the public pool. The kitchen has modern commercial food service equipment. The church membership opens their kitchen and social hall to the local community on the third Tuesday of each month for a free soup supper. All are invited!
With the inspiration of the Holy Spirit, this church touches the lives of many in this timberland community of Willapa Harbor. All are welcome!
